HK HAS ACQUIRED FLORIDA-BASED TURNER LINING COMPANY

Hydro-Klean acquired Turner Lining Company (TLC), a Florida-based design, installation and fabrication contractor of AGRU Ultra-Grip® corrosion resistant HDPE lining systems. They provide solutions for the precast concrete industry, and their main focus is on municipal infrastructure. Although TLC has historically focused on new construction projects, their AGRU Ultra-Grip® capabilities will enable Hydro-Klean to offer enhanced structure rehab lining systems.

Introducing Monoform+® with AGRU Ultra-Grip®

HK will combine the traditional Monoform® structure rehab lining system with AGRU Ultra-Grip® lining systems to create Monoform+®: a monolithic lining system that will provide municipalities with a permanent solution to aged and compromised manholes without costly and disruptive excavation.

New and Expanded Services, Locations and Leadership

In addition to this acquisition, HK will open a design, installation and fabrication facility within HK’s current Mankato, Minnesota, location to serve customers throughout the Midwest. Wayne Turner, founder of TLC, will join forces with HK as HK’s Business Development Director of Fabricated Lining Systems. He will lead the expansion of both the Mankato, Minnesota, and DeLand, Florida, locations.

“TLC looks forward to the joint venture with HK, providing permanent protection for “at-risk” concrete,” said Wayne Turner, TLC founder. Included in his 35 years of experience in the precast structure industry, Wayne has spent over 25 years focusing on designing, fabricating, and installing AGRU systems and is considered the leading expert in the industry.
